I heart the gays, but think Carrie Prejean is A O K.

So most of you know that I'm highly opinionated. And I would like to express that opion here for a sec. I don't watch or care about the Miss USA thingies. But I'm kind of pissed about the whole drama about Miss Californias response about Gay marriage.

FIRST OF ALL...... this statement was posted by Perez Hilton, who asked Carrie the question about gay marriage... "The MISS CALIFORNIA USA title is NOT supposed to be used to push your own agenda, that is NOT what pageants are about. the end again 4 me."..... So if your own agenda is not being pushed, than why, as a gay man, would you ask a question about that? It's ALL ABOUT PUSHING YOUR OWN AGENDA!!!! HIS AGENDA.

That being said, Carrie is entitled to her own opinion, as we all are. Why should she be constantly harrassed and condemned for that opinion? I think it's rediculous.

THAT BEING SAID...... My opion is that though I do not personally understand homosexuality, not being gay personally, I don't approve of certain groups of people being held to different rules and laws from the rest of society. I think that is wrong, and does not represent what this country is supposed to reprent. Equality for all.

THAT BEING SAID.... I am appalled at the way that "christians" interact with the gay community. The point of christianity is not to oppress people with religious dogma. The point of being a christian is to show the love of God. When I think about it, all kinds of angry language comes to mind, so I'll just leave it at that. Some people need to reevaluate how they view "sinners", and look at your own heart. You have no right to judge another. NONE!!!!Thanks. The End.

I am amused @ people that refuse to let things go. Hate is a waste. And what's the point anyway? Does it make your life better? If there is something (or someone) that you don't like, than forget about them. Constantly talking about how miserable you are, is only going to make you more miserable. Grow up. Let it go. Find a new song... cause this tune is getting old. That's all I got to say about that.
